1. Who we are

“BMT Verse”, “we” and “us” mean BMT VERSE LLC, a company registered in the United States, and BMT VERSE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. When you become a client, the company named in your proposal or agreement is responsible for your personal information (the “controller”). For website visitors and enquiries, both companies act together.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: when you fill in a quote, sign-up or help form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the services you are interested in, your budget range and anything you write in your message.

Information needed to deliver services: if you become a client, we may receive business documents, product information, and access to accounts you own (such as marketplace, advertising, website or social media accounts) so that we can do the work you ask for.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the visit, for security and to keep the website running.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
To set up and deliver the services you request, and to communicate with you about them.
To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
To keep our website and systems secure and prevent spam or misuse.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similar effects on you.

4. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR we rely on: steps before a contract and performance of a contract (replying to enquiries and delivering services); legitimate interests (running and securing our business and website, and following up on enquiries you have made); legal obligation (accounting and tax records); and consent where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address. If you click our WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook links, those services’ own privacy policies apply.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, under confidentiality obligations.
Platforms you ask us to work with on your behalf (for example Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok or YouTube), only as needed to deliver your service.
Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

7. International transfers

Our team works from the United States, the United Kingdom and Pakistan, so your information may be accessed from any of these countries. Where information from the UK or EU is accessed from a country without an adequacy decision, we protect it with contractual confidentiality commitments, access limited to staff who need it, and appropriate safeguards required by law. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

8. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records are normally kept for six years in the UK). Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

9. How we protect information

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, limit access to staff who need it, and work inside client accounts using the platforms’ own permission systems instead of shared passwords wherever possible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent. Residents of US states with privacy laws, such as California, have similar rights to know, correct and delete their information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We offer these rights to everyone who contacts us.

To use your rights, email support@bmtverse.com. We will reply within one month. You do not have to provide your information to us, but if you don’t, we may not be able to answer your enquiry or provide our services.

If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date. If changes are significant, we will make that clear on our website.
